Kimberly Bean is a true professional

I would definitely recommend Kimberly. She is so caring and down to earth. I am a new patient and both appointments I had with Kimberly Bean were excellent. She makes you feel comfortable enough to be open with her which has not been my normal experience. Happy to have found her.

Not to go to there. It started off very unprofessional. I had an appointment with Dr. Han at 8:25, I was there at 8:20. Waiting for about 30 mins or more only to be inform that Dr. Han was not there yet. He did not set his alarm clock and was running behind. Only for another nurse to walk me downstairs to see another Doctor. Waiting for another 15-20 Minutes until I was call to go in. Once I was in the room I gave all my general information as well as my health background to the nurse. After she took my information she told me Dr. Bean will be right with me. Dr. Bean came in the room and sort rushed everything. I did not feel like my problems were concerning to her. My left shoulder has been bothering me for the past 4 months. So I was informing her of that issue. We went on to talk about other possible issues with my health. In the middle of talking to her about my past health and family history we were interrupted by a knock on the door by another nurse. The nurse said something along the lines of we're all set then left. A few minutes after Dr. Bean said she had to leave and another nurse will come and take the rest of my information. Dr. Bean eventually came back to look at my shoulder and was standing at my right shoulder and I inform her for the second time it was my left shoulder. After checking out at my shoulder and my breathing, she suggested I get an X-ray done on my shoulder and get some Lab work. So I went to go check out and the receptionist was not very approachable or informative about where to go to get my lab work and X-ray. Overall, it was not a great experience for me. I felt that it was very unorganized and unprofessional. The staff had poor communication. The only person who was friendly and respectful was at the Lab.
