Ms. Teahan was on time, listened to my problem, had my most recent lab work at hand and spoke to my concerns regarding upcoming surgery and how my current issue might play into my experience. She ordered labs and imaging and escorted me to the proper waiting area. I was very pleased with my experience and found her to be caring and thoughtful in her approach.

When you don't get to see your doctor there are very competent nurse practitioners that get familiar with your history and help you have a successful appointment. The intake people are wonderful. The exit person is very nice as well. The Plaistow facility is clean.

She didn't introduce herself to me, though we had never met. She also didn't ask me if there was anything that I needed to discuss or if I was having any problem that I needed addressed not did the medical assistant.

She was a good listener and I liked that she didn't push medications on me.
