I feel that Dr. Pangan was very, very calming, listened, offered some feedback, was very personable, and he spent time with you. He did not treat you like a piece of meat or look at his flock every two seconds to get you out of his office as fast as he could. I would recommend Dr. Pangan to any one of my friends or family. I find that he is an excellent doctor with good listening ears.
