Sandra, the actual person who I spoke to regarding my medications and provider is excellent. I found once you get through to a real person, doctor, or nurses, it is wonderful. I like all physicians, I do not like the IVR systems that are in place trying to gain efficiency. There's more longevity and less flexibility to address the patient's concerns. Thank you.
