Now you can make payments on statements you receive from Core Physicians from any computer or mobile device with an internet connection!

Login to your Patient Portal account to get started!

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and eCHECK accepted

From the Patient Portal select the STATEMENTS tab.

Your latest statement summary, since you enrolled in the patient portal will display.

The amount due displaying on the portal is as of the latest billing statement you received through the patient portal. If you have not yet received a billing statement through the portal, the amount due may not reflect your current balance.

Please send us a message if you have a balance due (greater than zero) and would like us to update that amount on the portal, prior to your next billing statement delivery.


Select a Payment Type, fill in the remaining fields and click SUBMIT.

Go Paperless - Receive Only Electronic Statements

To go paperless and only receive electronic copies of your patient statements, go to the SETTINGS tab on the portal and choose Statement Notifications and check off Receive only electronic statements.

(Be sure you have completed email verification on your account. Go to SETTINGS > Account Settings.  Scroll down to Account Email and click 'Edit'. Enter preferred email address and then click both check boxes ('Add it to Preferred Notification Method', and 'Receive notification at this email address'). Click Update).
