Ben Gersten provided wonderful patient care. Ben listened, provided ideas and was very helpful.

The provider walked in and immediately looked at me as though I was crazy. He didn't take my symptoms at all seriously, offered no suggestions or advice regarding what I am suffering with and what brought me into his office. He also didn't look back to see that I was recently started on blood pressure meds by his practice or that I had lab work done within the past week also ordered by his practice. I had to prompt him on both to ask if my symptoms could be related to the new meds or if the lab work showed anything that may explain what is going on. He clearly didn't even glance at my chart before he walked in the room nor did he seem to care. Thoroughly unimpressed with this provider. A shame because his associates in this location, Dr. Stevens and Jennifer, are both excellent providers who always have shown genuine concern when I have seen them.

Ben is a great listener, and I feel that we are collaborative about my care. He takes my concerns seriously, and is supportive of taking a conservative approach, always making suggestions to help me improve my well-being. I also appreciate that he recommends regular follow-up's to check in my progress.
