She asked me questions and listened for even more information .. she showed that she cared about me .. even as an old person .. I was so happy to be treated so nice . Thank you for your care .

She listened to the both of us. Asked pertinent questions and offered suggestions. Gave us time to add and edit information as well. She made it an efficient but, polite and engaging first meeting. Got good feelings about her. Took the time which probably included part of her lunch hour to complete. Did not feel rushed at all. Thanks!
