He is a good doctor. That is why I followed him to Portsmouth. Exeter is much easier to get to for me, but that doesn't make me want to change doctors.

This primary care practitioner is a good physician, but my previous primary care whom I followed when he changed locations three times (in spite of quite a driving distance) until he retired was a 10.

I'd say to get the hell out of America before you get sick and end up with tens of thousands in medical bills. Smart people are fleeing America and its collapsed medical care system.

Dr. Stevens' practice is great. It is unfortunate that Core Physicians Group has engaged with a call center of the caliber that they have. It is a disservice to the great doctors providing top notch services. Dr. Stevens deserves better. But we resolved it with a work around. Great minds find solutions. It was not hard to do and would have been so easy for the call center to connect me with my doctor's office. Instead, they talked over what I was saying displaying no listening skills or understanding of resolution. They drive a wedge between doctor and patient and that is not good for anyone. They are not #1 in the process and should not be provided with that position as they give your business away because patients will go elsewhere. There is a disconnect in your hierarchy and priorities. -A patient who is a Senior Business Analyst. Your call center is a broken process, unfortunately.
