Being a patient of core physician for yourself or your children, the questionnaires that are done by automated phone calls and the mailer questionnaire surveys are extremely annoying. I can't stand them. Please stop surveying me. Put me on the do not survey list by mail. It's a waste of company money. It's annoying. I can't stand it.
