I never saw the provider My appointment was made three months ago. I left Hampton Core and made an online appt to see Victoria Hogan in Exeter. At the time, she was taking new patients. My whole experience yesterday was disappointing. Victoria Hogan was on a video call and couldn't see me. I needed a physical in order to continue my prescriptions. Hopefully my prescription is being filled. I will follow through with the bloodwork and have no intention of going back to Hampton Core. I look forward to someone getting back to me with the results if warranted. After I was informed that my blood pressure was high, I was then told to follow up with Rachel Griffith for medication. My appt was with Victoria Hogan. Why would I go back to Hampton. So many questions about this appt with no clear or helpful explanations. To make matters worse, the woman at the window was upset with me because she had to print out my order for bloodwork. Hopefully this very uncomfortable matter gets resolved.

That she took the time to listen to everything I had to say. Victoria was generally concerned and addressed all my questions. She remembered details about my last visit, which was almost a year ago without having to look it up, I could not have been more pleased with any other doctor. her demeanor was very kind. !

She is a great listener and doesn't dismiss my ideas but discusses them with me. She is very thorough.
