She was nice and thorough. She even called me back with additional information.

The provider listened to my concerns, made recommendations and was very helpful.

She provided a cursory review. Told me I had bacteria in my urine but did not mention blood. Did not prescribe an antibiotic because she said I needed to wait for the full urinalysis to be completed. When I asked what I should do in the meantime, she had no answer. I then got a letter stating there is NO bacteria in my urine and there IS MODERATE BLOOD in my urine. And that I should follow up if symptoms persist. That is completely unacceptable.

Doesn't even feel like a normal doctors visit with the warm and sincere service provided. Thank you!
