The medical staff at this office is excellent. I absolutely love Dr. Pangan, she is amazing. I have to note that they need better help from their front desk. In 2 of 2 visits, when I arrived there was no one there (they could have been lunch break though, and there was a sign). However, when they did return they ignored me for almost 10 minutes while making a personal phone call. I could hear parts of the conversation so I know it wasn't work related, and it didn't sound urgent either. When it happened the first time I didn't say anything, someone could be having a bad day. But when it happened again months later, I think you should be aware. Sorry to rat someone out but maybe this isn't the best line of work for them!

Takes time and listens

Tina Greenwood took the time to listen to my issue. She was very knowledgeable, kind and caring.

I think that Tina was wonderful. I would suggest anybody go to her. She's wonderful. She listened to me. I listened to her. She explained things well. And I'm very happy with who she is and what she does.
