friendly environment with great people

I understand that my lab results would not be available for UTI until Friday or at best Saturday. However, I did not get results until Monday and I was in quite a lot of pain over the weekend period. I just wish that my lab results could have been shared with me sooner and perhaps that's not the fault of the physician. Maybe it was the lab facility, but I went in for this urine test on Wednesday and I just would have thought that Friday or Saturday would have been plenty of time because I did test positive for UTI and like I said, I've had pretty severe back pain.

Provider presented as quite anxious, flat, and did not seem to enjoy her job.

Tina took her time and explained everything about my illness and what the treatment was going to be . She is a very caring and personable person.

Excellent and professional

They gave me the directions to the location by the hospital and they sent me, texted me directions to the one by Churchill's. Then the appointment was really at the one that was the old courthouse and they didn't tell me where so I went in with the path lab one in the court position she was. I told them that happened, nobody cared. I'm not sure that they listened to me at the doctor's because I didn't want to take an X-ray and they sent me for an X-ray.
