She was professional and thorough. Helping me set up visits with Dr because I just moved here from out of state and need all new Drs. She took the time to tell me how the core system of care works. I was very happy with my first visit!

She was attentive enough but I came in for a sick call ... she was unaware that the lab was not open on saturday . referred me to exeter hospital for lab work ... they close at 12. very frustrating

The medical staff at this office is excellent. I absolutely love Dr. Pangan, she is amazing. I have to note that they need better help from their front desk. In 2 of 2 visits, when I arrived there was no one there (they could have been lunch break though, and there was a sign). However, when they did return they ignored me for almost 10 minutes while making a personal phone call. I could hear parts of the conversation so I know it wasn't work related, and it didn't sound urgent either. When it happened the first time I didn't say anything, someone could be having a bad day. But when it happened again months later, I think you should be aware. Sorry to rat someone out but maybe this isn't the best line of work for them!
