This was a referral. A one time visit. Another test was ordered but not done yet. There should be a follow-up call/visit depending on results of MRI.

I went to this provider for a specific problem & all of my concerns & treatments were done courtesy respect & were successful.

Everyone has been respectful & courteous every time.

Dr Nowak and Suzie surgical coordinator are fantastic. The level of follow up by nurses, appalling receptionist and check in desk both on phone are awful. You took a great practice and made to firewalls of people without knowledge to deflect patients questions. Entire family has seen 4 dr's in this office and praised them. Your new systems are frustrating.

When the young man made my MRI appointment he failed to tell me it was 7:45PM not 7:45AM. I even said 'Wow, that's early.' He also scheduled an appointment with Dr. Novak to go over the MRI but when I showed up, they had no record of it. Therefore, I had to make two trips to the hospital for the MRI and two trips in to see Dr. Novak. Very annoying!

Great experience. Friendly attentive, professional. I feel comfortable in the direction I am going Will come back to Core Physicians
